Mrs. Tatjana, 49 year-old female. Having lower limbs move slowly without any obvious inducement since 3 years ago. She has been feeling painful cramps and muscular tremor for a year and a half, mostly in the thighs, relatively less in the lower leg. There is no numbness or tingling in the legs. Painful cramps appear when m.quadriceps femoris is contracted a bit stronger. Patellar reflex lively, Achilles tendon reflex not obtained, Babinski negative.
